High Value Client Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Property Account Executive to join our Corporate/Key Accounts team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile commercial property clients.
Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively manage relationships with corporate commercial clients who have high-worth property portfolios, delivering an outstanding service and building strong relationships.
- Actively seek opportunities for growth through additional sites.
- Secure long-term relationships through renewals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in an account management role communicating in a B2B environment or working in a customer-facing role within the key/corporate client base.
- A passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
