Job Summary:

Leeds City Council is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fundraising and Marketing Administrator to support the day-to-day activities of our busy Fundraising and Marketing Team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful campaigns, build up Leeds Women's Aid's profile to reach new audiences, and liaise with various stakeholders to increase donations and update our supporter database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of fundraising and marketing strategies
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including social media content and email campaigns
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of donations and supporter interactions
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities
  • Provide administrative support for events and campaigns

Requirements:

  • Some experience of marketing or charity fundraising in a busy environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to produce engaging copy for different platforms
