As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive revenue growth and diversify income streams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a fundraising strategy that aligns with the charity\u2019s overall goals and objectives
* Lead and manage a high-performing fundraising team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community leaders
* Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, major gifts, and corporate partnerships
* Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports fundraising efforts

Key Attributes:

* Proven track record of success in fundraising, with a strong understanding of fundraising principles and practices
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive results
