Business Continuity and Resilience Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity and Resilience Risk Manager to join our UK Risk Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Business Continuity team and driving the development of our Operational Resilience strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the UK Business Continuity team, providing strategic direction and guidance on business continuity planning and risk management.
- Develop and implement effective business continuity plans, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond to and recover from disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's Operational Resilience is enhanced.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on business continuity and risk management best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners, and external vendors.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Continuity and Resilience Risk Manager who can bring a fresh perspective to our team. You will have a strong background in risk management, business continuity planning, and Operational Resilience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. You will also be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
