Business Continuity and Resilience Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity and Resilience Risk Manager to join our UK Risk Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Business Continuity team and driving the development of our Operational Resilience strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the UK Business Continuity team, ensuring the effective implementation of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework.
- Develop and maintain our Operational Resilience strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the continuity of our business operations.
- Design and implement business continuity plans, including exit plan testing and regular reviews.
- Partner with our Security and Leadership teams to ensure we are well-prepared to support our business, associates, and customers in the event of unexpected disruptions.
- Deliver strong regulatory compliance to Operational Resilience, driving resilience value across the business.
We are looking for an experienced Risk Management Specialist with a strong background in Business Continuity and Operational Resilience. You will need to have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization. Additionally, you will need to have experience in successfully running business continuity programs, including disaster recovery and related testing.
