About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Wellford Gardens, a luxury new build providing all-inclusive care in a comfortable and luxurious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily routines and personal care for residents, including washing, bathing, and assisting with toilet use
- Provide person-centred care, creating a happy and fulfilled life for residents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive working environment
- Participate in ongoing development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
