Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, bathing, and toileting
  • Assist with daily routines, such as dressing and undressing
  • Support residents with their medication and mobility needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support
