Job Title: Guest Relations Manager

At Mercure Earls Court, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Guest Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a exciting project to transform our hotel into a modern, stylish, and innovative 12-storey hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive and friendly interactions.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve hotel targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor and report on guest feedback and reviews to inform service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
