Job Description: As an Administration / Receptionist Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and handling incoming calls. You will also be expected to maintain a tidy and organized reception area, adhere to Health & Safety procedures, and participate in regular training sessions.
These training sessions will take place at our Digbeth Campus every Wednesday from 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy
  2. Follow and adhere to Health & Safety procedures
  3. Carry out administrative tasks as instructed by management
  4. Schedule meetings for employers and handle phone calls

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
