Nexus Care Services is committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals in their daily lives.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £25.50 per hour, along with various benefits including premium pay rates for weekend work and double-up/complex calls. They will also receive weekly pay, DOUBLE PAY on bank holidays, paid travel time/fuel contribution, and access to a company pension scheme.

The job requires a caring and compassionate individual who is willing to provide person-centred care to clients following structured care plans. The ideal candidate will possess a driving licence, have access to their own car, and preferably have previous experience within the care industry.

Job Requirements:
  • Providing care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Following structured care plans and reporting any changes or concerns to management
