We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Get Laid Beds. As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the contract furniture market.

About the Role

You will spearhead B2B sales initiatives, focusing on expanding our presence across contract furniture markets including student accommodation, serviced accommodation, built to rent, leisure, social care settings, and other key sectors. Your responsibilities will include forging and nurturing relationships with trade buyers, devising effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and analysing market data to drive performance and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the contract furniture market.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with trade buyers, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
  • Analyse market data to drive performance and lead generation, leveraging your experience in furniture sales to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in B2B trade sales, with a minimum of four years of experience in the contract furniture market.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and understand commercial models and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Google Workplace, CRM systems, and other sales and marketing tools.
