Job Title: Residential Childcare Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Childcare Professional to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Residential Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 care and support to residents in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in childcare or a related field (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
