About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. As a Waking Night Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
We provide a competitive salary, ranging from £23,277.28 to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to our Flexible Benefits Platform.
