As a Senior Land Manager with Vistry Group, you will play a pivotal role in securing land opportunities to meet the company's requirements and expansion plans. With a largely self-sufficient position, you will be responsible for sourcing land opportunities, instructing consultants and development teams on legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints, and negotiating agreements with Vistry lawyers and third parties.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of buying land, excellent negotiation and networking skills, and the ability to assess and analyze information. They will also possess a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

This role offers a competitive basic salary and annual bonus, as well as company car or travel allowance. You will also benefit from up to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, and a competitive pension scheme through salary sacrifice.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
