Job Description

Ardent is a UK-based company that provides land, consent management, and stakeholder engagement services. We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, experience in land referencing, and strong leadership abilities. They should be able to build relationships with clients, identify potential risks, and develop solutions to mitigate these risks.

The role involves leading and managing a team of Land Referencers, delivering high-quality services to clients across various projects, developing and implementing effective project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in land referencing and project management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., geography, surveying, or business)
