Senior Land Consultant

As a Principal Land Specialist at Ardent, you will lead and manage a team of Land Referencers in our Warrington office. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strong relationships with clients, identify project risks, and deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed their expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land referencing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and making informed decisions that drive business growth.
We offer an attractive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working, smart working policy, medical health plan, career progression, coaching, cycle to work, electric car scheme, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
