Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate trainer performance and develop improvement plans to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Support new Skills Coaches and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance learner experience and improve training methodologies.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance standards and support company initiatives to drive excellence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to monitor progress and compliance, and conduct training sessions to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources to support programme delivery.

Requirements:

  • GCSE in English and Maths, with a strong foundation in education and training.
  • Project Management qualification, with experience in managing training programmes.
  • Education & Training teaching qualification, with a focus on adult learning and development.
  • Coaching & Mentoring qualification, with a strong understanding of coaching principles and practices.
  • Experience as a trainer or coach, with a proven track record of improving performance and driving results.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems, with experience in designing and delivering online training programmes.
