Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer survey research and analysis to uncover user needs and pain points
  • Develop and deploy digital surveys using Qualtrics, leveraging expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to inform product development and drive customer satisfaction
  • Provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and customer loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and UX research
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Voice of Customer/CX discipline or survey research
  • Expert knowledge of Qualtrics CX platform and analytics/dashboards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Experience working with product owners, designers, and technology partners to drive digital product development
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple competing work efforts and escalate roadblocks
