About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at RocketMill. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and user-friendly online experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that solutions are accessible and usable.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes.
  • Work with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and meet accessibility standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG 2.1.
