About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Design Lead to join our team at RocketMill. As a key member of our UX/CRO team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our clients' online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and their target audiences.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that solutions are data-driven.
  • Design and prototype user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and meet project deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
