Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Quality Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an ICT Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of ICT infrastructure across various corporate offices.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ICT design and implementation, as well as experience working with fiber optic components and cabling. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. If you are a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate the deployment of ICT infrastructure.
  • Attend project meetings to review progress and track room readiness.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect network hardware installation and room readiness standards.
  • Audit and report on LVC weekly status reports, change orders, and risk/issue tracking.
  • Identify and respond to risks and high-priority issues rapidly.
Requirements
  • Industry experience with ICT design and implementation.
  • Working knowledge of fiber optic components and cabling.
  • BICSI Technician Certification or internationally recognized equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
