About the Role:
Taco Bell Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in Southport. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing consistent customer satisfaction and developing people to feed customers' lives with more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Provide coaching and training to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
