About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Bistrot Pierre - Midlands. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent and high levels of customer service, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Help manage costs and meet the forecast set out in the budget, working closely with the management team to achieve financial targets.
  • Support the management of front of house staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Encourage a positive culture throughout the team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
