Job Description
Penshaw View Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Lead Practitioner in Adult Care to conduct end-point assessments, evaluate trainees, and report on their competencies.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct end-point assessments according to the assessment plan and company guidelines
Form and record judgements of competency against assessment criteria using agreed exemplification
Score and grade apprentices and provide written feedback immediately following the assessment

Requirements
Hold or be willing to complete Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment once contracted
Qualified to at least level 5 in Adult Care
Safeguarding lead/experience
Competent in the use of technology including mobile/tablet device, Microsoft Office, website navigation, emails and web conferencing (training on systems will be provided once contracted)

Working Arrangements
This is a home working role with travel across the North of England. You will need a driving licence, own transport, and willingness to travel to agreed regions within the UK.

Estimated Salary Range
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
