Job Title: Vehicle Technician Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician Trainer to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Vehicle Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to apprentices and ensuring they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions on automotive skills and knowledge to apprentices
  • Develop and update training materials and courses to meet industry standards
  • Maintain and develop training aids, workshop facilities, and resources
  • Assess apprentice work and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements:
  • Appropriate level of occupational competence in light vehicle maintenance
  • Level 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance
  • Either possess or be willing to work towards an approved teaching qualification
  • Full driving license holder
  • First aid at work qualification (or willingness to undertake)
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
