About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Training Specialist to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Vehicle Maintenance Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to apprentices and technicians in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that apprentices and technicians meet the required standards.
- Training materials development: Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
- Workshop maintenance: Maintain and develop training aids, workshop facilities, and resources to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
- Assessment and evaluation: Conduct timely assessments of apprentice work, including practical and theoretical evaluations.
Requirements:
- Occupational competence: Possess an appropriate level of occupational competence in vehicle maintenance.
- Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 Qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and be willing to work towards an approved teaching qualification.
- Driving license: Hold a full driving license.
- First aid: Possess a First Aid at Work Qualification or be willing to undertake one.
- DBS check: Satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
