Job Title: Vehicle Technician Trainer

Location: Atcham, Shrewsbury

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Trainer to join our client's team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to apprentices and technicians.

Our client is an independent training provider specializing in apprenticeships, short courses, and manufacturer-led programs. They work with a diverse range of clients, including local and national businesses.

As a Vehicle Technician Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of training materials and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs to apprentices and technicians
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Assess and evaluate trainee performance
  • Collaborate with other trainers and training staff

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in automotive training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
