About the Role

This is a temporary opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Barnet Grange Care Home, operated by Avery Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, including medication administration, dressings, and managing chronic conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensure high standards of care for residents.
  • Undertake nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions.
  • Advising families of residents and GPs of any changes in condition, which gives rise to concern and keeps them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care.
  • Responsibility for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the period of duty and residents receive required care.
