Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating the care team and ensuring the smooth operation of the care area
- Providing personal care to residents and promoting their independence
- Leading and guiding the care team to deliver exceptional care
- Managing medication and supervising the care team during medication rounds
- Responding to emergency situations and ensuring the safety of residents
- Acting as a named nurse for individual residents, focusing on their needs assessments and personal care plans
- Developing strong relationships with residents and their families
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Acting as a role model for the care team and mentoring junior staff
- Active NMC registration
- Awareness of CQC regulations
- Working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations
- Post-registration qualifications are a plus
- Competitive hourly rate of £25.00
