Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dedicated team at Ellern Mede Barnet, a leading specialist in the treatment of eating disorders.

About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide thoughtful, sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families, working closely with senior nurses and consultant psychiatrists. You will ensure the voices of young people are heard and included in their care plans, promoting a partnership in care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care and treatment to young people and their families
  • Ensure the voices of young people are heard and included in their care plans
  • Liaise with families to guarantee seamless patient care and support
  • Work as an associate/key-worker, participate in care planning, and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making
  • Maintain a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all
