Pharmacy Manager

This esteemed independent pharmacy group, with a strong presence in the Reading and Oxford areas, is seeking a highly skilled and service-driven Pharmacy Manager to lead their Reading store.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with patients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide NHS services with a focus on quality and patient care
- Manage Pharmacy First services, including phlebotomy, earwax removal, and vaccinations
- Oversee the checking of prescriptions using advanced technology
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- A competitive salary negotiable based on skills and experience
- A bonus structure tied to service performance
- A comprehensive package of annual leave, sick pay, and pension
- A PAYE contract offering stability and security
- GPHC registration as a Pharmacist
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmacy management
- Pharmacy First training and certification
- Phlebotomy, vaccination, and earwax removal training (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
