Pharmacy Manager

This esteemed independent pharmacy group, with a strong presence in the Reading and Oxford areas, is seeking a highly skilled and service-driven Pharmacy Manager to lead their Reading store.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with patients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide NHS services and ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage Pharmacy First services, including phlebotomy, earwax removal, and vaccinations
- Oversee prescription checking and dispensing processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Competitive salary negotiable based on experience and skills
- Bonus structure tied to service performance
- Comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, sick pay, and pension
- PAYE contract offered
- GPhC registered Pharmacist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy management
- Pharmacy First training and experience
- Phlebotomy, vaccination, and earwax removal training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
