Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our client's team in Reading. As the face of the pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with customers and maintaining the high standard of service that defines our client's reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide NHS services and ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage and develop the pharmacy team to achieve excellent service delivery
- Oversee the provision of Pharmacy First services, including phlebotomy, earwax removal, and vaccinations
- Ensure accurate and efficient prescription checking using advanced technology
- Competitive salary negotiable based on experience and skills
- Bonus scheme for services provided
- Annual leave, sick pay, and pension package
- PAYE contract with flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00)
- GPHC registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Pharmacy First Trained and experienced in phlebotomy, vaccination, and earwax removal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example
