Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician (Mechanical)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our multi-skilled team, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure operational service and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in an Engineering qualification and relevant building maintenance experience. However, we are committed to providing training on the specific plant equipment as required.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve maintenance goals

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,175 - £26,500, plus a £4,000 recruitment and retention allowance. You will also receive an on-call allowance of £3,000 per annum once trained and competent.
