Pension and Benefits Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our People Partnering and Reward team within Human Resources at Imperial College London. As a Pension and Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing an efficient and customer-focused pensions and benefits service to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage queries in mailboxes and escalate complex enquiries
  • Advise staff on pension form completion and benefit selections
  • Ensure pension and benefits webpages are up-to-date and written in clear language
  • Perform general office duties, including meeting arrangement and document editing
  • Provide administrative support to the Progression and Job Evaluation Team

Requirements:

  • Experience in a busy administrative environment, preferably in the UK Higher Education sector
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills
