About This Opportunity

Ribbons and Reeves Limited invites applications from motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduates to fill the role of a Support Assistant in a school setting.

This is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and make a positive impact on their lives.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop and implement strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide targeted support to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their unique requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to design and deliver inclusive lesson plans and activities.
  • Promote positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A First-Class or 2:1 degree in Psychology from a top 20 UK University.
  • Desirable experience working with children with SEND.

Benefits:

  • A salary range of £21,500 - £26,000 per annum, paid weekly on a PAYE basis.
  • The opportunity to work in a Good Ofsted-rated school in Tower Hamlets.
  • A long-term contract until July 2025.
