SEN Support Specialist

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of educators in London as SEN teaching assistants. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate professionals to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support and academic assistance to students aged 0-18 years old, following safeguarding plans and EHCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of student progress and development.
- Work effectively in challenging environments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Must have experience working with SEN students, preferably using Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach techniques.
- Hold a confident and positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and be proactive and resourceful.
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process a new one through Classroom Teachers Limited.
The ideal candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
