Job Title: Lead Technology Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our EngineeringUK team as a Lead Technology Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and delivering robust, structured reporting, analytics, and models for our Air, Line-haul, and Sortation transportation teams in Europe.

About the Role:
As a Lead Technology Program Manager, you will play a key contributor in shaping our strategic innovation program by equipping project teams with insights and tools to drive performance and ensure the highest customer satisfaction. Your experience in delivering end-to-end tech products from requirements, scoping, planning, tracking, testing, launch, and rollout will be valuable assets in this position.

About You:
You have an eye for detail and experience in technical product or program management. Your ability to work closely with data scientists and engineers to scale innovative solutions to Amazon's size is essential. Additionally, your experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules will be beneficial.

  • Work with in-house global supply chain, transportation, and logistics teams to identify new BI and Data Science capabilities and projects.
