Adult Therapy Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Therapy Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary therapy team at Compass Associates. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, delivering high-quality CBT services to adult clients.

About the Role:

This position involves working as a member of our therapy team, providing evidence-based CBT interventions to clients with a variety of mental health challenges. You will be part of a stable and supportive team of professionals, working alongside experienced therapists to deliver individual and group therapy sessions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality CBT interventions to adult clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the GenPsych team to provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless transitions from inpatient to outpatient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a CBT Therapist in a mental health setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CBT principles and practices for treating depression, anxiety, and other common mental health disorders.
  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to both individual and group therapy sessions.
