About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our Catering team at Marie Curie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients, visitors, staff, and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and staff
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Manage kitchen budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior chef in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
