Fusion Energy Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fusion Energy Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects related to fusion energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget while adhering to our Technical Control System processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex Electronic and Electrical projects to time and budget, as well as experience of working within a high hazard industrial environment. They will also have knowledge of project engineering and contract management, or exposure to commercial processes with competitive tendering.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing direct reports by prioritising tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring responsibilities and programme requirements are met. You will also promote a safe working culture, ensuring compliance with site and regulatory rules, and proactively organising necessary training for team members.
