IP Portfolio Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Manager to manage our IP portfolio and drive innovation within the UK Atomic Energy Authority's Business Development team.

This role involves contributing to the future of fusion energy, a clean and sustainable source of power that could transform the way we generate electricity.

Fusion energy has the potential to meet the world's growing energy demands while minimizing greenhouse gas emissions. As a pioneering organization in this field, UKAEA is driving advances in fusion technology and collaborating with industry partners to bring this innovative energy source to the market.

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in a scientific or engineering discipline and experience managing intellectual property portfolios. They will be responsible for driving IP activities at UKAEA, working closely with directors and programme leads to implement IP strategies and protect the organization's assets.

This opportunity allows you to develop a team, expand your knowledge in technical and commercial areas, and contribute to the commercialization of fusion energy technologies.
