Domino's Pizza Shift Manager Job Description

As a Domino's Pizza Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. You will be the face of the store, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cost control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • High levels of problem-solving, initiative, and self-motivation
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team
