Project Finance Vice President Opportunity

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking an experienced Vice President to join our team in London, focusing on Project Finance. As a key member of our EMEA Power team, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing complex project finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and execute project finance transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other departments within the bank.
  • Analyze project contracts, term sheets, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead financial modeling efforts, working closely with junior team members to create and refine complex models.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, sector research, and other commercial duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project finance, risk analysis, and cash flow modeling.
  • Familiarity with the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel software and proficiency in Visual Basic commands.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional language skills desirable.
