About the Role

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a highly skilled Academic Appeals Manager to join its Registry team. This critical role involves managing individual student academic cases, with a primary focus on academic appeals and academic misconduct.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team responsible for conducting investigations in accordance with ESL's academic appeals procedures and disciplinary regulations. Key responsibilities include handling individual student academic cases, maintaining accurate records, conducting detailed investigations, gathering relevant information, and making recommendations based on findings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent substantial experience in an office environment.
  • Proven experience managing office systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including case management systems and standard office software.

Salary Range: £30k - £35k (Based on experience)

Location: On-site at Canary Wharf, London, UK
