Reed Accountancy is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their busy finance department. This role involves working with a well-established company, processing multiple payrolls on a weekly, four-weekly, and monthly basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing four-weekly payroll from start to finish
  • Ensuring expenses are accurately processed and balanced
  • Handling travel expenses and related tasks
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Managing SSP, SMP, and SPP processing
  • Processing information related to AOE, Child Support Agency, and DWP
  • Processing BACS payments
  • Manual tax and NI calculations
  • Reconciling payroll data

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a busy payroll department with a similar employee base
  • Understanding of PAYE and Auto-enrolment pensions
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work with MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
