Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Elite Search Associates Limited. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality payroll services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients
  • End-to-end payroll processing, including client payroll schemes and accurate completion of each payroll
  • Process CIS payments and annual reclaims
  • Maintain accurate payroll notes for all clients
  • Monitor and update TPR declarations
  • Issue payslips in accordance with company procedure
  • Maintain and action payroll changes
  • Deal with pensions for clients, including checking for auto-enrolments in a timely manner
  • Invoice clients quarterly for payroll fees
