We are seeking an Apprentice Call Centre Agent to join our team in Cardiff. As a call centre agent, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills in customer service. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in accordance with company policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Possession of GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software (CRM) systems
