Job Opportunity: Care & Support Staff

We are seeking a Care & Support Staff to join our team at Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office. This role involves working in the community, visiting clients in their own homes, and providing care and support services.

The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driving licence, own car, and live locally within our franchise region. They will also be available to work alternate weekends and have the right to work in the UK.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00, averaging £14.00 per hour with benefits, as well as higher rates for evening and weekend working. Paid travel, training, and expenses are also included.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting clients in their own homes and providing care and support services
  • Traveling between clients daily, using a car
  • Providing a range of care services, including personal care, light housework, and companionship care
  • Receiving thorough training and support

Requirements:
