Reservations and Guest Services Representative

As a key member of the Ashdown Park Hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless reservations and booking experiences for our valued customers.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing reservations, room allocations, and guest communications.

Using our Property Management System, Opera, you will be responsible for processing bookings, managing room inventory, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date guest information. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks, will be crucial in meeting the demands of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest communications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process bookings and manage room inventory using Opera, our Property Management System.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date guest information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet the demands of the role.
